I searched the net and came across Michael's web page and decided to download his video. It was perfect. He explains in great detail, step by step instructions how to tear down and rebuild the forks. Although they may not be the exact forks I was working on, it was exactly what I needed to finish the job. Great video clarity and great detail in laymans terms I could understand.
