It all began in the southern California desert, on a hot summer day. The idea of Build A Hog began to take shape when two co-workers and now friends, Michael Durham and Ray Culver, put their heads together to come up with a kick-ass idea.

“We’ve always felt if you’re going to put precious time and money into your ride, why not enjoy all aspects of the H-D experience…including doing your own service, or at least knowing what has to be done.”

…and, on that hot summer day, the mirage of the flaming hog was seen.

With Michael’s passion and expertise being in the Harley-Davidson® industry (isn’t it the motorcycle industry and Harley® is a category?) and Ray’s being a creative and well-versed video, and editing expert, they were destined for a successful outcome….

They put together a team to produce instructional products that any mechanic will find a valuable asset in their garage to keep their prized investment in top-notch shape.
